A growing pharmacy retail and distribution business aimed to digitize its operations and build a centralized ERP ecosystem to streamline inventory, sales, compliance, and logistics. The organization required a scalable Pharmacy ERP platform with integrated admin controls, mobile access, payment systems, and third-party logistics connectivity. Oodles delivered a comprehensive ERP solution tailored to modern pharmacy operations.

Scope Of Work

The project focused on designing, developing, testing, deploying, and delivering a fully integrated Pharmacy ERP platform to eliminate fragmented workflows and manual record-keeping. Key areas of work included ERP platform development, role-based admin panels, staff operations portal, mobile application (PWA/React Native), ERPNext backend integration, payment gateway setup, SMS/email notifications, and third-party logistics integration such as Shiprocket.

Our Solution

To address operational inefficiencies and disconnected systems, Oodles implemented a centralized Pharmacy ERP ecosystem powered by ERPNext as the backend framework. The platform included the following components:

  • Pharmacy ERP Platform: A centralized dashboard to manage inventory, batch tracking, prescriptions, supplier coordination, & billing workflows.
  • Super Admin Panel: Enabled system-wide visibility, user access control, configuration management, & operational oversight. 
  • Platform Administration Panel: Allowed branch-level configuration, order management, & stock monitoring.
  • Mobile Application: Delivered on-the-go access for order tracking, inventory updates, and operational monitoring. 
  • ERPNext Backend Integration: ERPNext was selected for its modular architecture.  
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Enabled secure online and offline payment processing.
