Oodles was engaged to manage the end-to-end deployment of ERPNext tailored for Texas Flange’s high-volume distribution needs. The scope involved deep discovery and process mapping to align masters, roles, and accounts with a drop-ship procurement model. Key responsibilities included defining sales-to-purchase workflows, establishing landed cost tracking for freight, and migrating legacy accounting data into a unified system that enforces strict invoicing controls.
