Grupo Arena approached Oodles to build an integrated event management ecosystem to manage trade fairs through a single, connected platform. The requirement focused on developing and integrating exhibition space management, accreditation, access control, ticketing, and participant engagement capabilities on a unified ERPNext foundation across web, mobile, and on-site environments.

The project focused on end-to-end platform development and deployment across three interconnected systems powered by ERPNext. The scope included exhibition space and reservation management, accreditation and access control, ticketing integration, mobile application development, ERP synchronization, testing, deployment preparation, and go-live support across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

To deliver a connected and scalable event ecosystem, Oodles developed and integrated three platforms on a shared ERPNext infrastructure. Key implementations include:

• Exhibition Space Management: Developed stand inventory, reservation workflows, pricing controls, and interactive floor plan capabilities.
• Accreditation & Access Control: Implemented self-service registration, approval workflows, QR/NFC credentialing, and access validation.
• Ticketing & Payment Integration: Enabled online ticket sales and synchronized transaction management.
• Participant Mobile Application: Built a Flutter-based mobile app for navigation, agenda management, networking, and notifications.
• ERPNext Integration: Established seamless synchronization of participant, exhibitor, and event data across systems.
