Space Ads, a Poland-based performance marketing agency, sought to scale its outreach through automated, AI-driven lead generation. With a growing portfolio in eCommerce and B2B services, they required a dynamic solution to extract insights from websites and personalize outbound communication. The project aimed to build a smart n8n workflow that could streamline domain research, contact discovery, and cold email generation.

Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for automating domain-based lead generation and outreach workflows. Space Ads needed a system to analyze websites, extract business insights, identify decision-makers, and send AI-personalized cold emails. The key areas of work included website parsing, contact sourcing, dynamic email creation, and response logging—executed using scalable n8n nodes integrated with external APIs and AI models.

  • AI-Powered Email Writing: Integrated OpenAI's API to auto-generate contextual.
  • Multi-Source Contact Discovery: Used a three-tier contact identification approach.
  • Smart Email Dispatch System: Deployed rotating SMTP mailboxes. 
  • Error-Resilient Execution: Built in fail-safes and retry mechanisms within n8n to manage broken links, unreachable domains, or missing data without interrupting the overall workflow.
