The Poultry House Sensor Monitoring System enables poultry farm operators to maintain optimal living conditions through real-time environmental monitoring. Oodles built an AI-enabled system that collects sensor data, analyzes temperature, humidity, and air quality using LangChain, detects anomalies, and triggers automated email alerts to help prevent health risks and operational losses.

Scope Of Work

Oodles was responsible for designing and developing an end-to-end monitoring solution. This included integrating environmental sensors with a centralized backend, enabling reliable real-time data transmission, and storing sensor readings for historical analysis. Oodles implemented AI-based analysis using LangChain to compare live data against defined safety thresholds, detect anomalies, and generate contextual insights. The scope also covered building an automated email alert mechanism to notify farm owners when critical conditions are detected, along with AI-driven recommendations for corrective actions.

Our Solution

Oodles developed a scalable backend that ingests continuous sensor data through secure APIs and stores it in a structured database. LangChain was integrated to analyze incoming data streams in real time, identify threshold breaches, and interpret possible causes of abnormal conditions. An automated alert engine was implemented to trigger email notifications via SMTP or AWS SES when critical parameters are exceeded. Additionally, Oodles enabled optional web-based dashboards for visualizing live sensor data and monitoring system status.
