Scope Of Work

The client required a hybrid prototype to map out user journeys and core structure, including screens for login, bin stats, merchant controls, and module placeholders. This included building a splash screen, dynamic navigation menu, and static templates aligned with shared mockups to simulate full app behavior for early-stage validation.

To lay a strong foundation, a hybrid app prototype was built using Ionic and Angular, ensuring flexibility for future ERP integrations.
