A Europe-based digital solutions provider set out to transform waste management through a hybrid mobile app that monitors garbage bin statistics in real time. The client required a hybrid prototype to map out user journeys and core structure, including screens for login, bin stats, merchant controls, and module placeholders. This included building a splash screen, dynamic navigation menu, and static templates aligned with shared mockups to simulate full app behavior for early-stage validation.
