Menkymac aimed to digitize its field reporting operations with a mobile application that allowed field agents to log job updates, upload media, and report in real time. The initiative was driven by Marty Wilt and his team, who were looking to modernize on-site processes and improve communication between field personnel and the central office.
The client needed a cross-platform app that could function reliably in low-connectivity environments and sync data once online. It had to support custom job forms, media uploads, and a simple admin backend. Future integration with blockchain-based tracking and audit trails was also discussed during initial conversations.
