A US-based newsletter platform supporting entrepreneurs in launching and scaling profitable local newsletters partnered with Oodles to build a tailored content management ecosystem. The client aimed to enhance user experience and streamline operations for publishing newsletters and managing partner interactions. 
Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for five key modules—Permissions, Scheduler, Content Manager, Newsletter Builder, and Partner Portal—to streamline end-to-end newsletter creation and management. The project required intuitive UI/UX, robust backend APIs, AI integration for content automation, and secure cloud deployment. The goal was to simplify operations, boost content productivity, and ensure seamless collaboration between users and partners.
Our Solution

To meet the client’s requirements, Oodles built a comprehensive newsletter creation and management platform, powered by AI and cloud-based deployment. 

Key Features Implemented:

  • Modular UI Design: A clean, intuitive interface based on shared wireframes, built for ease of navigation across roles (admin, editor, partner).
  • Backend API Architecture: Developed secure and scalable REST APIs to support permissions, content workflows, scheduling logic, and third-party integrations.
  • LLM Integration: Integrated OpenAI’s API to enable AI-assisted newsletter drafting and editing for content teams.
  • Partner Portal: Enabled content syndication and collaboration through access-controlled partner modules with token-based permissions.
  • Scheduler & Notification System: Built a dynamic scheduler to automate newsletter distribution and alerts.
