Oodles partnered with a property management client to build a backend automation system that synchronizes tenant data between Cubby and Revy. The solution was designed to automate data ingestion, normalize tenant records, apply eligibility rules, and seamlessly push qualified contacts into downstream systems, reducing manual effort and improving data reliability.

The client engaged Oodles to design and implement a Node.js–based backend workflow integrating Cubby and Revy APIs. The scope included secure API key management per organization, scheduled background syncs, tenant record matching and normalization, eligibility filtering, duplicate handling, and automated customer creation in Revy. The solution required timezone-aware scheduling, robust validation, and fault-tolerant processing.

Oodles delivered a backend automation pipeline using Node.js with scheduled background jobs to synchronize tenant data reliably. The system securely stores organization-level API keys, performs nightly timezone-aware syncs, normalizes tenant records, filters valid contacts, and ensures idempotent processing. Eligible tenants are automatically pushed to Revy, enabling accurate, scalable, and hands-free campaign readiness.
