Hoplon AI is an AI-driven web platform designed to manage data, users, and intelligent workflows. The client required a complete UX revamp to unify visual language, simplify onboarding, and enhance dashboard usability while introducing a scalable design system for a consistent user experience.

The project addressed challenges in inconsistent UI patterns, complex navigation, and low onboarding clarity. The scope covered UI/UX redesign, wireframing, and prototyping. Key areas of work included onboarding flows, dashboard redesign, navigation structure, notifications system, and user/admin management interfaces to improve usability and engagement.
