Our development services aimed to empower StreamJobs with a modern and efficient Video Driven Recruitment platform, facilitating direct connections between organizations and talented candidates while streamlining the entire hiring process.
Our solution for StreamJobs' project involved the following services and technologies:
- Developed a cutting-edge platform that revolutionizes the hiring process by enabling organizations to market vacancies through engaging and informative videos.
- Designed a user-friendly interface that allows organizations to easily register, showcase branding and company details, and create compelling job videos.
- Pre-Roll and Post-Roll Customization to enhance branding and provide contact information as per the organization's requirements.
- Utilized Groovy and Grails, ensuring robust and scalable performance. We used MySQL as the underlying database for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Leveraged HTML5 video capture, and for editing and conversion, we utilized ffmpeg to ensure seamless video playback.
- Integrated the platform with LinkedIn to automatically post new vacancies to users/organizations' LinkedIn profiles, maximizing the reach of job postings.
