The client required a cloud-native gaming ecosystem capable of supporting real-time multiplayer experiences, dynamic city expansion, integrated monetization systems, social collaboration features, and future-ready Web3 integrations.

The project focused on developing a large-scale multiplayer simulation platform with advanced gameplay mechanics, social engagement systems, monetization workflows, and scalable backend infrastructure. The scope included city-building gameplay development, resource and income management systems, XP and leveling mechanics, building upgrade workflows, social multiplayer interactions, leaderboard systems, group management, payment integrations, expandable grid architecture, NPC simulation, admin dashboard development, YAML-based configuration management, and cloud-native microservices infrastructure implementation.
