Our Projects 365 Days of Thought

Technologies Involved:

UI/UX

Project Description

365 Days of Thought, a digital mindfulness and journaling platform, aims to guide users through a structured year-long reflection journey focused on introspection, consistency, and personal growth. The client required a well-defined Figma design phase to build an intuitive and scalable experience that supports daily journaling habits and meaningful self-reflection across the platform.

Scope Of Work

The project addressed the challenge of designing a structured and engaging user experience for a long-term journaling and reflection platform. The scope covered UI/UX design, UX flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and creation of a scalable visual system. Key areas of work included defining user journeys, journaling interaction flows, screen-to-screen navigation structure, and maintaining visual consistency.

Our Solution

The design phase delivered a fully structured and interactive Figma prototype, providing a clear visual foundation for development while ensuring a consistent, scalable, and user-focused journaling experience.

  • User Journey Mapping: Defined clear user flows for onboarding, journaling, reflection tracking, and archive access to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Wireframing: Created low-fidelity wireframes to establish layout, structure, and navigation across key screens.
  • High-Fidelity UI Design: Designed consistent, calming interfaces aligned with a mindfulness-focused experience.
  • Interactive Prototyping: Built clickable Figma prototypes to validate usability, interactions, and transitions.
  • UX Flow Diagram: Mapped complete navigation paths for seamless reflection tracking and user movement.
  • Custom Style Guide: Developed a design system covering typography, colors, icons, spacing, and components.
