A global tech client specializing in conversational AI approached Oodles to build a cross-platform chatbot demo for rapid deployment. The objective was to present Google Dialogflow capabilities within a web and mobile interface, while supporting integrations with leading messaging platforms. The solution aimed to boost client engagement and streamline bot testing across channels.

The client required a demo-ready chatbot interface from Oodles to be integrated with Google Dialogflow. The platform needed to support real-time web and mobile deployment using React templates, with added compatibility for Facebook and WhatsApp messaging. The goal was to create a fully functional prototype that could showcase end-to-end conversational flows.
