Oodles developed a user-friendly HRMS platform that simplifies employee data management, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations. The integrated Payroll System automates calculations, tax deductions, and salary disbursements, enhancing efficiency and ensuring timely payroll management.
Scope Of Work
The client sought Oodles’ expertise to develop a comprehensive Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with an integrated Payroll System due to challenges in managing HR processes and payroll functions. The goal was to create a user-friendly platform that would streamline employee data management, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations. To address these needs, Oodles designed and implemented a robust HRMS that also featured an integrated payroll system, automating calculations, tax deductions, and salary disbursements. This solution significantly enhanced efficiency and accuracy in HR and payroll management.

- Module Installation: Installed and set up Flectra modules for HRMS and payroll.
- Flectra Configuration: Customized and configured HR and payroll modules.

- Documentation: Delivered a detailed Software Requirements Document (SRD).
- Tech Stack: Utilized Flectra for its comprehensive HRMS and payroll features, enhancing operational efficiency.
