Uhuru Enhancements focuses on delivering a seamless digital wallet experience through Uhuru Wallet on WhatsApp. To advance this vision, Uhuru Enhancements sought the expertise of Oodles. The project involved integrating new services such as resolutions and a hot wallet, developing and integrating a merchant panel frontend, and adding Twilio chat support for real-time user assistance.

The client approached Oodles to improve the functionality and user experience of their Uhuru Wallet platform on WhatsApp. They needed to integrate additional features and improve customer support. Oodles worked on three main areas: integrating new services like resolutions and a hot wallet for enhanced transaction management, developing and integrating a merchant panel frontend to streamline business interactions, and adding Twilio chat support to provide real-time assistance for users. These solutions were designed to enhance the platform’s functionality, improve convenience, and elevate customer support for Uhuru Wallet users.

By utilizing Angular, blockchain, and Node.js technologies, we ensured efficient development and integration of these services, resulting in an enhanced and feature-rich Uhuru wallet platform. Our solution for the client includes the following services and technologies:

• Cbz API Integration on the Cbz RDP server and integrate them into the existing backend. These APIs will replace the current service APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and improved transaction capabilities.
• Merchant Panel Frontend and User API Integration using the React framework and integrating it with the current Uhuru wallet backend. The merchant panel will provide a user-friendly interface for merchants to access and utilize the services available to them through the WhatsApp chatbot.
• Twilio Chat Support implemented in the current Uhuru backend to manage user requests in a queue, fetch the next user in line and update agent status. These changes will align with the Twilio service and involve modifying the Twilio functions, enabling efficient and effective chat support for users.
