Hybrid Wallet is a next-gen extension to an existing banking application, focused on integrating cryptocurrency trading and wallet functionalities within a unified interface. The project aimed to empower users to trade and manage their crypto holdings. The platform enables decentralized operations through blockchain integration and third-party exchange connectivity while maintaining admin-level oversight of transactions and trade flows.

Scope Of Work

The client required a robust microservices-based architecture to manage blockchain interactions, user wallets, and order-matching systems. Key requirements included an admin dashboard for managing trading pairs and monitoring transactions, blockchain node integration for Ethereum and Bitcoin, a trading engine with real-time order-matching capabilities, and fallback support via Bitstamp API. The solution needed to be modular, scalable, and secure, with detailed access control.

Our Solution

Oodles delivered a scalable crypto trading and wallet solution by:

  • Developing blockchain microservices to handle transfers, smart contract calls, and wallet operations across Ethereum and Bitcoin.
  • Building a centralized admin dashboard to control trading activity, market pairs, and transaction approvals via role-based access.
  • Creating dedicated microservices for order matching and trade execution using Apache Kafka and Redis.
  • Integrating Bitstamp API to enable off-platform trade settlement, syncing order status updates in real-time.
  • Securing the platform through layered access control and data validation for all wallet and trade operations.
