This phase involves reviewing system architecture, features, and workflows to understand strengths, limitations, and alignment with learning objectives, while assessing the technical feasibility of proposed customizations and integrations and gathering stakeholder inputs to define a future-ready roadmap.
Scope Of Work
The scope includes discovery and research through analysis and brainstorming sessions, SRS designing, and SRS design delivery. It covers evaluation of existing LMS architecture, feature and workflow analysis, stakeholder discussions, documentation of requirements, and preparation of an implementation roadmap, timelines, and resource planning, while excluding features unrelated to the defined scope.
