SPECS, a derivatives exchange startup backed by the Centre for Risk and Decision Analytics (University of Southampton, UK), approached Oodles to build a blockchain-powered exchange platform for global derivatives trading. The requirement focused on enabling secure and transparent trading operations across futures, options, and OTC derivatives while supporting tokenized assets and multi-currency transactions.

The project focused on developing a centralized exchange infrastructure with blockchain capabilities to support derivatives trading at scale.
