The Salon and Spa required a structured system to manage membership packages and services within Odoo. Oodles implemented a Package and Services Management module that enables administrators to configure salon and spa packages, pricing, taxes, validity, and service limits, ensuring consistent service management and improved operational clarity.
Scope Of Work
The client engaged Oodles to customize Odoo for managing salon and spa packages and services through a centralized Product module. The scope focused on configuring package creation, pricing rules, service mapping, and service master management. Oodles also enabled role-based access, scheduling configurations, and reusable service definitions to support operational planning and future scalability.
Our Solution
By delivering a structured Package and Services Management module within Odoo, we enabled seamless creation, configuration, and reuse of salon and spa packages. The solution ensured clarity in pricing, service applicability, and operational planning while maintaining flexibility for future enhancements.
Our solution included:
- Enabled package creation directly from the Odoo Product module with mandatory fields and applicability controls
- Configured pricing rules, discounts, and tax mapping through a dedicated Pricing Configuration tab
- Implemented a Services tab to map multiple reusable services from a centralized Service Master
- Developed a Service Master with session limits, validity, pricing, tax setup, and category hierarchy
- Enabled service applicability controls for Salon or Spa using radio-based selection
- Configured service scheduling with duration, available days, and time slots
- Added machines and resource configuration for operational planning
- Implemented multi-session pricing structures with tax support
- Enabled age restrictions, consent document configuration, and website visibility controls
