Scope Of Work
The client sought Oodles to address challenges in managing multi-level coordination and communication within volunteer-driven organizations. The scope covered UI/UX design, wireframing, and prototyping. Key areas of work included volunteer management, meeting scheduling, performance tracking, and feedback workflows based on business requirements and recent design feedback.
