Ronesdy approached Oodles to design the UI/UX for their iPad-first note-taking application, where the natural feel of handwriting meets the full power of digital productivity. With features spanning AI-powered search, PDF markup, and handwriting-to-text conversion, the design needed to bring depth and simplicity together for students, professionals, and creatives alike.
Scope Of Work

Oodles was responsible for end-to-end UI/UX design for Ronesdy's iPad application, with a target audience of users aged 18–45 including students, educators, professionals, and content creators. The scope covered information architecture, interaction design, user flow mapping, and visual execution across the full feature set — including writing and sketching tools, PDF markup, handwriting-to-text conversion, AI-powered search, organisation features, cross-device sync, and real-time collaboration. Designing for iPad required particular attention to touch-first interaction patterns, distraction-free interfaces, and efficient use of screen real estate.

5 Sync & Collaboration : Cross-device sync flows ensuring notes remain consistently up to date, paired with real-time co-editing, chat, and sharing features designed for study groups, teams, and professional collaborators.
