Champion Cash Loans is a US-based vehicle title loan platform that partnered with Oodles to automate and streamline their lead management and pricing workflows. Oodles provided key services including lead capture automation, Zoho CRM integration, Java-based vehicle pricing API development, and AWS deployment support, delivering a seamless connection between their website, CRM, and pricing systems.
Scope Of Work
The client approached Oodles with the goal of automating lead management and pricing workflows by connecting their PHP website, Zoho CRM, and a Java-based vehicle pricing API. The project aimed to automatically capture leads from the website, push them into Zoho CRM, and enrich each lead record with dynamic vehicle pricing data, enabling sales teams to access complete lead information instantly.
Our Solution
Through our comprehensive solution, we provided Champion Cash Loans with a seamless and automated lead management and pricing workflow across all three systems:
- Developed a PHP-based lead generation website that automatically captures and pushes leads directly into Zoho CRM upon submission.
- Configured a Zoho CRM custom function to trigger a call to the Java application upon lead creation, fetching real-time vehicle pricing data.
- Built a Spring Boot-based Java application serving as the vehicle pricing API, integrated seamlessly with Zoho CRM for automatic lead record updates.
- Deployed the entire solution on AWS infrastructure using Docker for containerization.
