Wilson & Hughes is a company with a strong presence in the travel sector, operating Cox & Kings, a renowned travel brand with over 270 years of legacy. The company partnered with Oodles to streamline their CRM and booking workflows. Oodles provided key services including Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Books integration, booking automation, cancellation workflows, and dashboard and reporting development.

Scope Of Work

The client approached Oodles with the goal of automating and optimizing their lead management, booking, and financial workflows within Zoho CRM. The project aimed to implement lead routing, duplicate detection, booking automation, Telegram integration for enhanced communication, GST-compliant invoicing through Zoho Books, and automated cancellation and refund processes.

  • Integrated Zoho CRM with Zoho Books for dynamic invoicing, sales order handling, and GST/TCS compliance.
  • Developed automated workflows for booking cancellations, including vendor notifications and refund processes, ensuring changes are reflected across all integrated systems.
