The company partnered with Oodles to streamline their CRM and booking workflows. Oodles provided key services including Zoho CRM customization, Zoho Books integration, booking automation, cancellation workflows, and dashboard and reporting development.
Scope Of Work
The client approached Oodles with the goal of automating and optimizing their lead management, booking, and financial workflows within Zoho CRM. The project aimed to implement lead routing, duplicate detection, booking automation, Telegram integration for enhanced communication, GST-compliant invoicing through Zoho Books, and automated cancellation and refund processes.
