Atlantic Health Strategies, a growing organization preparing to streamline its HR operations approached Oodles to configure a production-ready HR system using Zoho People. The requirement focused on building a clean, structured platform to manage employee onboarding, HR documentation, leave policies, and workflow automation before the upcoming operational cycle.

Scope Of Work

The contractor will be responsible for configuring the following in Zoho People: onboarding workflows, HR documentation management, PTO and holiday policies, and workflow automation. The implementation focused on setting up a clean HR system structure while excluding time tracking and attendance modules to match the client’s operational requirements.

Our Solution

To meet the client’s requirement for a production-ready HR platform, Oodles configured a structured HR management system using Zoho People, focusing on onboarding workflows, documentation management, leave policies, and automated HR processes. The implementation prioritized simplicity, operational clarity, and a scalable configuration that aligns with the client’s HR operations. Key features include:

Employee Onboarding Configuration: Designed onboarding workflows within Zoho People to streamline employee data collection, document submissions, and digital onboarding processes for new hires.

HR Documentation Management: Configured centralized document management to securely store employee contracts, policies, and HR-related files, enabling easy access and organized record keeping.

PTO & Holiday Policy Setup: Implemented leave management structures, including PTO rules and holiday calendars, allowing employees and HR teams to manage leave requests through a structured approval workflow.

Workflow Automation: Set up automated HR workflows to simplify routine administrative tasks, approvals, and internal HR processes, improving efficiency across HR operations.
