Scope Of Work
The client required end-to-end Zoho development and optimization, including building and enhancing applications within Zoho Creator, customizing Zoho CRM, and automating workflows using Deluge scripting. The scope involved integrating multiple Zoho applications, connecting third-party tools via APIs, and developing dashboards and reporting systems. Additional responsibilities included troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity and security, and providing technical support and training. The objective was to create a seamless, scalable system that improves operational efficiency and supports business expansion.
