Fixed Float, a transaction management platform, aimed to simplify deposit tracking and payout handling through a structured and user-friendly interface. The client required a system to manage conversion-based transactions, enabling users to track deposits and payouts while allowing admins to control rates and payment workflows.
Scope Of Work
The project addressed the need to build a transparent and manageable system for handling user deposits, tracking transaction status, and managing payouts. The client required a user dashboard, backend deposit tracking, API services, and an admin interface for payout management and configuration control. Oodles designed a solution covering UI development, backend architecture, API integration, and admin workflow management to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Our Solution
To meet the client's requirements, Oodles developed a structured platform combining user-friendly interfaces with a robust backend system for seamless deposit tracking and payout management.
User Dashboard: Designed a simple and intuitive dashboard enabling users to view conversion rates, access admin wallet details, enter transaction information, and track deposit status and payout history
Deposit Tracking System: Built backend logic to record, verify, and store user deposits securely, maintaining transaction statuses such as pending, confirmed, and completed
API Services: Developed APIs to support both user and admin interfaces, enabling access to transaction data, deposit history, conversion rates, and payout tracking
Admin Interface – Payout Management: Created a single-page dashboard for admins to view pending payouts, mark transactions as completed, and maintain a detailed payout history log
Configuration Controls: Enabled manual updates of conversion rates and provided tools to review and reconcile deposits with payouts for accurate transaction handling.
