Graplix, a tech-driven company focused on enterprise data and compliance, sought a secure, modular platform to streamline user onboarding, consent tracking, and incident management. They needed a scalable backend to support AI-powered document queries. The solution included building a microservice-based system with integrated chatbot and advanced access controls.
Scope Of Work
The project aimed to build a scalable system that simplifies user onboarding, manages access rights, and enables AI-powered document queries. It involved developing consent tracking, incident logging, and chatbot integration using modular services. Key AOWs included microservices architecture, CI/CD setup, user role management, and real-time notifications.
Our Solution
To meet the client’s enterprise-grade security and scalability needs, the platform was developed using Next.js, Node.js, React.js, Redis, Docker, and AWS (SES/SNS). The architecture followed a modular, microservices-first approach that ensures independent scalability and fast updates. Each module was tailored to a specific functionality, ensuring clear separation of concerns and seamless communication across services.
Key features and implementations include:
- Dual-auth User Onboarding: Created secure sign-up and login flows with role-based access
- Consent & Access Management: Enabled real-time updates to user roles and permission logs
- Incident Logging System: Logged and tracked user actions and flagged system events
Notification Engine: Used Amazon SNS/SES to send transactional and alert-based emails
The result was a robust, user-centric enterprise platform capable of handling sensitive data access and query workflows efficiently. The AI chatbot significantly improved internal response time by answering queries in seconds, while the modular build supports future integrations with minimal effort.
