This project aimed to build a digital platform for transport and logistics exchange, where fleet owners, transporters, and shippers could collaborate in real-time. The objective was to streamline freight matching, reduce empty miles, and automate booking and billing processes. The platform needed to support high-volume interactions while maintaining transparency, reliability, and scalability.
Scope Of Work
The client needed a full-scale logistics system with role-based access, real-time load/vehicle bidding, shipment tracking, route optimization, dynamic pricing, document automation, smart contracts, secure payments, live notifications, and an admin panel for oversight and reporting.To ensure dynamic logistics pricing, the system needed models based on factors like demand, distance, and load capacity.
Our Solution
Oodles developed the Transport Exchange platform with:
