OASIS Pitch approached Oodles to upgrade an existing 3–4 minute pitch video into a professional asset suitable for investors and partners. The objective was to transform partially structured footage into a clear, polished narrative with accurate visual representation, improved flow, and production quality aligned with detailed technical instructions.
Scope Of Work
The client required a complete rework of an existing pitch video using provided assets, script, and instructions. The challenge was not just enhancement but accurate execution of technical storytelling without visual references. The project focused on motion graphics integration, flow correction, audio and color enhancement, and aligning animations precisely with script level instructions while maintaining clarity, consistency, and delivery timelines.

- Translated script and fragmented instructions into a clear visual roadmap to avoid execution gaps
- Built custom motion graphics to accurately represent airflow, filtration, and product behavior
- Reworked video structure to ensure logical sequencing between technical explanations and visuals
- Applied consistent design system using clean typography, controlled color palette, and smooth transitions
- Balanced full screen animations and picture in picture layouts based on evolving feedback
- Delivered a 20 second sample early to validate direction before committing to full production
- Completed full video within timeline while maintaining animation precision and visual consistency
- Delivered source files and supported post delivery requests including alternate version discussions
