Jose Bioc from Ottesen Agency partnered with Oodles for a paid test project to create Meta ad creatives for a self help app using AI generated talking head videos and supporting assets. The goal was to deliver a 40 to 55 second video that meets Meta compliance standards while maintaining strong pacing, clarity, and engagement, with potential for ongoing creative production.
The project focused on editing AI generated talking head footage into a polished Meta ad using provided voiceover, b roll, and storyboard references. This included managing imperfect lip sync, sourcing or replacing b roll, adding captions, refining pacing and transitions, aligning with Meta ad standards, and delivering within strict 24 to 48 hour timelines with revision support.
