Next Wave Trading partnered with Oodles to scale paid ad performance through high-volume video variations. The goal was to break into new audiences by building on an existing winning ad and rapidly testing fresh hooks, voiceovers and storylines across TikTok and Facebook. The engagement began with a short test phase and evolved into a fast-paced iteration model driven by daily feedback.

Scope Of Work

The project focused on analyzing a winning ad to extract its structure, hook strength, and conversion drivers, then producing multiple short-form variations under 30 seconds. This included creating new hooks, testing voiceover-led narratives, and making controlled scene swaps while maintaining visual consistency. The process required minimal overlays, natural pacing and continuous iteration aligned with rapid testing cycles.

Our Solution

Our solution for Next Wave Trading focused on scaling variations without losing what made the original ad perform:

  • Reverse engineered the winning creative to identify key drivers like hook, pacing and visual flow, then used these as a base for all variations
  • Created multiple variations within tight timelines, using voiceover driven storytelling as the primary testing lever
  • Maintained strong visual consistency while introducing controlled changes through hooks, sequencing and selective B roll
  • Optimized edits for native platforms by keeping transitions minimal and pacing natural to retain authenticity
  • Refined outputs based on feedback by removing competitor mentions, improving VO diversity and aligning closely with the original structure
  • Balanced speed with quality under strict time constraints while supporting both execution and creative direction

This project went beyond editing and required decoding performance patterns and producing scalable variations within a fast testing model.
