Project Description

Invokebit Solutions Inc., led by Jeremy Jackson, partnered with Oodles to create short-form social marketing videos for an HVAC service business. The goal was to convert raw images into simple, trustworthy slideshow-style videos that reflect a family-oriented brand. The focus was on clear messaging, service awareness and building credibility through clean and structured visual storytelling.

Scope Of Work

The project involved creating 30–45 second videos using only image assets while maintaining a simple and service-focused style. This included structuring slides around services, aligning visuals with correct messaging and ensuring brand-safe content selection. The scope also required minimal transitions, readable text overlays and a clear end slide with updated branding and service communication.

Our Solution

Our solution for Invokebit Solutions Inc. focused on building clarity and structure within limited assets while aligning with strict brand expectations:

  • Created initial slideshow-based videos using available images, focusing on clean sequencing, readable text and simple transitions to match a non-promotional service tone
  • Identified gaps in messaging alignment and proposed a full restructuring approach to correctly map visuals to services and avoid misrepresentation of work
  • Redesigned the content flow by grouping service-related visuals into dedicated sections and refining the end slide with updated messaging and branding elements
  • Adapted the workflow toward a reference-based system to improve consistency, while offering a complete rebuild to better align with expectations

This project required more than assembling slides. It involved interpreting incomplete inputs, correcting messaging accuracy, and aligning output with a brand sensitive to how its work is represented.
