The goal was to develop multiple 9:16 ad creatives using market-sourced content, focusing on strong hooks, structured messaging, and rapid production to test performance-driven angles for a Swedish audience.
The project focused on building performance-driven video creatives for product validation. This included developing five distinct concepts with multiple hook variations, researching competitor ads to identify winning angles, sourcing relevant footage, and structuring each video using Hook, Problem, Solution, Proof, and CTA. Deliverables required clean 9:16 outputs with script frameworks aligned for localization and iterative refinement.
