Project Description

Gregor Rancnik approached Oodles to convert multiple short raw clips into a single 1–2 minute installation video for his website. The objective was to present canopy installation in a clear and credible format, combining promotional and instructional elements while ensuring strong brand visibility and easy understanding for potential customers.

Scope Of Work

The project focused on transforming a large set of unstructured raw clips into a cohesive video narrative. This included selecting key segments, structuring the flow, adding music and subtitles, and optimizing pacing for clarity. It also involved integrating branding elements, implementing multilingual subtitles, and refining outputs through multiple revisions.

Our Solution

Our solution for this project involved a structured execution approach under content and process constraints:

  • Filtered and organized high-volume raw clips into a clear installation sequence aligned with user understanding.
  • Designed the video to balance promotional intent with step-by-step instructional clarity for website viewers.
  • Adjusted pacing to ensure each step remained visible and easy to follow without rushing the narrative.
  • Integrated brand visibility by highlighting key moments where the FORS NATURA identity was clearly present.
  • Enhanced engagement through background music and subtitle integration across the full video timeline.
  • Delivered multilingual outputs with subtitles in English, Slovenian, Croatian, and German, ensuring accuracy across versions.
  • Created and shared an initial sample edit to align expectations before full production and reduce revision risk.
  • Managed iterative revisions and corrections, resolving subtitle inconsistencies and visual errors without disrupting delivery flow.
