Project Description
Green Energy Africa (GEA), specializes in delivering clean energy solutions through sustainable technologies. They partnered with Oodles to implement Odoo ERP to enhance their operational efficiency. Oodles assessed GEA's business processes, customized Odoo modules, integrated the ERP with existing systems, and provided comprehensive training. This implementation optimized resource management, and supported better decision-making.
Scope Of Work
The client reached out to Oodles to streamline their operations using Odoo ERP. Established in 2010, GEA specializes in solar and wind power technologies. The client faced challenges in managing their processes efficiently. Oodles addressed these by assessing GEA’s existing business processes, customizing Odoo modules, and integrating the ERP system with their current applications. Comprehensive training and support were provided to ensure a smooth transition. This implementation optimized resource management, improved data visibility, and enhanced decision-making capabilities, supporting GEA’s mission of delivering sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions.
