Scope Of Work
The client sought Oodles to implement a centralized Odoo-based supply chain management system to streamline operations across multiple companies. The project aimed to establish structured workflows for purchasing, inventory, supplier management, and accounting while ensuring role-based access and operational control. Oodles provided services including multi-company configuration, workflow automation, third-party integrations, and reporting enablement. This implementation improved operational visibility, control, and efficiency across the client’s supply chain ecosystem.
