A sports facility offering indoor cricket experiences aimed to digitize its booking system to serve modern players better. With growing demand for structured lane reservations and accessory bookings, the client needed a fast, user-friendly solution. They partnered with Oodles to launch an intuitive Odoo-based website tailored to streamline bookings and manage dynamic pricing.

The client sought a platform that allowed customers to explore facilities, book cricket lanes, and manage reservations in real time. The project focused on website setup, appointment booking, lane management, pricing configurations, and accessory add-ons. Each area of work was crafted to ensure seamless booking experiences and efficient backend control for the admin.
Our Solution

The Indoor Cricket Facility Website was developed using Odoo to combine a rich user experience with operational ease. 

Key Features Implemented:

  • Homepage Cards: Designed a grid layout showcasing Box Cricket, 110ft Lane, and 88ft Lane with engaging thumbnails.
  • Appointment Booking Flow: Integrated date and time selectors, lane dropdowns, and guest login options.
  • Lane Availability Logic: Configured backend logic to auto-disable unavailable lanes and override settings for admin users.
  • Dynamic Pricing Engine: Enabled time-slot-based pricing editable directly from the admin panel.
  • Accessory Management: Allowed users to add a bowling machine ($10/hr) with real-time availability updates.
  • Checkout & Confirmation: Implemented order summaries with tax calculations, guest checkout, and email confirmations.
