Stuffsites is a US-based business managing financial operations that sought to migrate from QuickBooks Enterprise to a modern open-source accounting system. The client approached Oodles to transition their financial management to Odoo, covering point-of-sale operations, payables, receivables, and staff training to ensure a seamless migration experience.
Scope Of Work
The engagement centered on replacing a legacy QuickBooks Enterprise environment with a fully configured Odoo system. Oodles was responsible for assessing existing workflows, mapping them to Odoo's module structure, and ensuring no disruption to day-to-day financial operations. The scope covered POS setup, payable and receivable configuration, data migration, user onboarding, and ongoing post-launch support.
